The forging process aligns the aluminium alloy grain structure into one orientation, as opposed to random grain structure utilised in cast alloy wheels. This gives incredible strength and durability without compromising design and weight.

An 8000 tonne forging press converts the raw billet into the forged form. This is then split, and the rim flow formed.

Designs are created in our state of the art Pro-Engineer CAD/CAM system, undergoing Finite Element Analysis to approve suitability for application at concept design stage
