The forging process aligns the aluminium
alloy grain structure into one orientation, as opposed to random
grain structure utilised in cast alloy wheels. This gives incredible
strength and durability without compromising design and weight.
An 8000 tonne forging press converts the raw billet into
the forged form. This is then split, and the rim flow formed.
